how to shop
When you have selected a product, put the item in the shopping cart by clicking on the icon “Add to cart”. Each ordered item will be seen in your “shopping cart”. You can always go back to the shopping cart in the top right corner and modify your order. When satisfied review your cart and proceed to “Checkout”. Once you have chosen your Sottcay products and gathered them in your “shopping cart” proceed to checkout, fill in your name, contact details and address. Then press “Proceed to PayPal”. Here you can either choose to pay with PayPal or with your card, Visa or MasterCard.
Shipping Information
Delivery is normally within 3-5 business days. Price changes after an order does not affect your price. Reservations for any printing and typing errors.
Free shipping within Sweden for orders over 700 SEK. Shipping cost will be added to orders less than 700 SEK. International shipping cost, outside of Sweden, will be added to all orders.
Return shipping
Returns are sent back in the same E-commerce bag which the goods came in. Return shipping cost is paid by the customer. If a product should have manufacturing defects Sottcay will indemnify product and shipping cost. Right of withdrawal, you always have 14 days. For you to be able to shop your Christmas gifts early we have extended our Right of withdrawal time till after Christmas & New Year.
